A full tournament platform for a national bass fishing trail, from entries through to live leaderboards and season standings.

01 · THE PROBLEM
The trail ran on paper and WhatsApp. Entries were messages, results were photographs of a whiteboard, and an angler's history existed only in whoever's memory happened to hold it.

Online entry, live results and season standings, built with Next.js, Firestore, Resend, React Email, Vercel.
03 · THE RESULT
An entire trail moved from group chat to a platform with a permanent competitive record.
