Privacy Policy

Sybergain (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sybergain.co.za, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Enquiries. When you email us, call us or submit a form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the contents of your message.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
  • To deliver and support work you have engaged us for.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Vercel (website hosting), Google Firebase (secure storage of form submissions) and Resend (email delivery). Some of these providers store data outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply safeguards comparable to POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law. Information we no longer need is deleted.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing. To do so, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
