01 MONTHLY PLAN

12 equal payments

The first payment when you sign. The price stays fixed, and once the 12 payments are done the website is yours. The monthly plan is for clients who host with us on Hosting & care.

02 ONCE-OFF

Pay in two parts

A 50% deposit when you sign and the balance before the site goes live. Hosting with someone else? Pay once-off and we hand over the website files for you to set up.

03 HOSTING

Billed from launch

Hosting & care starts the month your site goes live, always as its own price. Month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice.

04 CANCELLING

Plans run the full term

The website price is fixed over 12 months, not a subscription. If the plan is cancelled early, the design stays with Sybergain unless the balance is paid in full.

Why is it R750 a month and not R500?

R500 is the website, paid over 12 months. Hosting & care is a separate R250 a month that keeps the site online and includes your business email. Together that's R750 a month. After 12 months the website is paid off and yours, and you pay only R250 a month for hosting.

What happens after the 12 months?

Your website is paid off and it’s yours. The R500 website payment stops, and you carry on paying only R250 a month for Hosting & care if you keep it.

Can I pay once-off instead?

Yes. A Starter website is R6 000 once-off: a 50% deposit when you sign and the balance before launch. Hosting & care is still R250 a month from the month you go live.

Can I use my own hosting?

Yes, but the website is then paid once-off, because the monthly plan is only for clients hosting with us. You get the website files to set up with your provider. We don’t move or set up sites on other hosting providers.

Do your prices include VAT?

Sybergain is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long does it take?

About 4 weeks from first call to live for a website, once your first payment and your content (logo, photos, text) are in. Bigger jobs may take longer, and your quote sets out the time frame.

How many changes can I ask for?

Two rounds of design changes are included before launch. With Hosting & care, up to 2 hours a month of small updates are included. Anything bigger is R750 an hour, always quoted first.

Can I cancel hosting?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. If you are still on the website payment plan, those payments carry on until the website is paid off.
