How much does website hosting cost with Sybergain?
Hosting & care is R250 a month, month to month, from the month your website goes live. Business email for up to 10 mailboxes is included. Sybergain is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
What counts as a small change?
Updates to existing pages, such as text, images and prices, up to 2 hours a month. Unused time does not carry over. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately at R750 an hour, always quoted before work starts.
How quickly are changes done?
Small updates are usually done within 4 to 48 business hours of your WhatsApp, email or call. That is a target, not a guarantee.
Is business email really included?
Yes. You get up to 10 email inboxes on your own domain, sharing 10GB of storage.
Is my domain renewal included?
Standard .co.za domain renewals are included and managed for you. The domain stays registered in your name.
Can I host my website somewhere else?
Yes. We hand over the website files and you or your hosting provider set them up. We do not move websites or email to other providers, and if you host elsewhere the website must be paid once-off, because the 12-month plan is only for clients on Hosting & care.
